She gave Hendrickson her promise ring to keep it safe while in the water. He placed it in his wallet for the time being. At some point the ring slipped out of the wallet and was lost in the sand. I went out there on my way to a second attempt on another recovery to meet them. They showed me where they were earlier that day and within seconds I had her ring in my scoop! Another happy ending!
A few days ago I was Contacted by Chris about his wedding ring.
While at the beach with his daughter the day before, And getting ready to leave As he started to push the beach cart he felt his wedding ring slip off and bounce off his leg and disappear. I went out there asap but the beach became busier as the morning went on so after having to ask many people to move around which most of them did happily, I had no luck finding it. Chris only had one picture taken from the day before but the background was on an angle facing the water. It was a bit difficult to get into the right area. I decided it would be best to come back later that night. Chris and his wife were leaving that day so I assured him if I find it, I will hold onto it for him until he is back in the area. Later on that night I went back to re-search the whole area including the sections I could not do earlier. I began to study the photo more now that I had a clear line of sight. I determined he was set up closer to the high tide line than he initially showed me. I started to also search the top half of the slope. I got a somewhat faint but solid tone which tells me this target is deep. After a bit of digging sure enough, It’s his ring! It was buried a foot deep! The waves during high tide combined with people stepping on it had buried it deeply. I sent Chris a photo and a little while later He replied. He was surprised about where I found it and that I found it in the first place, But very happy I found it! I will be meeting him this Friday to return it and get a picture! Persistence pays!

3 days ago I was contacted by Damaris about her Sapphire/Diamond Platinum engagement ring.
While at Brant Beach Lbi with her Fiancée’ and Family she was enjoying herself by sitting in the shallow surf and relaxing until a much larger than usual wave came in and knocked her down and about the beach causing her ring to come off and disappear into the waves. I went out there for the next low tide to see if I could find it. Unfortunately it did not turn up in the area they thought it came off. Her family also went out there after to search with their metal detector as well. They also did not have any luck. I went back again the following night while also looking for another ring for someone else. This time I covered the whole area including the slope and dry sand just to be thorough. I then worked my way into the surf for a second time and moved nice and slow to make sure I didn’t miss it. After about 3 hours of searching I finally heard the right kind of sound. Sure enough it was her ring! I surprised her later that morning with a picture while on the phone with her. She was so happy and relieved! I could hear and feel the joy in her voice! So happy I could help! Since she was out of town I met one of her family members (Holly) in order to return it to her. Just waiting on a photo of that happy smile! A few days ago I was contacted by Ken. While he was at the beach with his grandchildren His college ring slipped off his finger and disappeared. He thought it might have come off where they were set up in the dry sand or during the walk out there. I met up with him that evening and searched both a large area where they were and the whole path back to the house. No luck. He then informed me he also went down to the water once during low tide to fill a water bucket for the kids. Since it was high tide at the time I was there I told him I would be back for the 4am low to search the slope down to the waters edge as I had to go to the south side of the island for another ring during low tide also. After I made a 1st attempt for the other ring with no luck I went back to continue looking for Ken’s ring. I started a search on the slope and sure enough, Halfway down I found his ring! I met with him this morning as I had also went back for the other ring on the south side. He was very happy to have it back and is now going to have the sizing corrected. Another great day!
Earlier I was contacted by Kathy on behalf of her husband Joe. When Joe went to go for a swim he gave his wedding ring to Kathy to hold onto. She put it on her finger but then a lantern fly landed on her and when she went to swat it away Joe’s ring flew off and sank into the sand. They tried to find it without luck. I went out there asap and within minutes of them showing me where, I had Joe’s ring in my scoop! They were so happy! I love what I do!

While they were in the backyard lastnight sitting down and conversing with neighbors, Chris’s wedding ring slipped off his finger and disappeared in the grass. I took a ride out to their house to meet them and see if I can help. As soon as Chris showed me where they were at the time, I moved the chair he sat in and started a search. A few hours ago I was tagged by multiple people (Thank you!) in a post by Tom. While at the beach with his wife Jaclyn a few days ago he removed his wedding ring and put in his pocket. What he didn’t know at the time is his pocket had a hole in it. His ring fell out and disappeared. As soon as I saw his post I headed out there. While I was beginning my search a very nice married couple, Rob and Deana had also come to look for his ring. The search didn’t go on for long. Based on the information Tom shared, Within 15mins I had his ring in my scoop! Since he is out-of town at the moment I drove over to his grandparents house and dropped it off.
Yesterday I was contacted by Maureen about her daughter’s 3 rings. Rings that first belonged to her grandmother, Then passed down to Maureen who then passed them on to her daughter. While they were at the beach her daughter gave them to her mother to hold while she went for a swim. Maureen placed them on her lap and forgot until they were leaving and her daughter asked for them back. I went out there as soon as possible. Luckily Maureen’s husband had his photo geotag turned on in his phone when they took a few pictures. The coordinates and photos put me in the right area. I found all 3 rings within an hour about 10ft in front of where they were sitting. I met with them today to return them to their rightful owner. Another happy ending!
While at the beach in Surf City Lbi with her boyfriend Louie, She removed her promise ring and a ring her late grandmother had given her to apply sunblock and placed them in her cupholder. She forgot to put them back on so when they were leaving they fell out and disappeared in the sand. Luckily Louie found her promise ring but not the other ring. They had to leave since they had family coming over so I went out there based on the information they gave me. When I arrived 2 ladies that were aware of the situation showed me where. Unfortunately another family took over the spot they were. However they were gracious enough to move so I could search. Within 10mins I found her heirloom ring! I met up with them a short time later to return it.
Last week I was contacted by Michael, While visiting his family in Lbi he removed his wedding ring and placed it on his chair to apply sunblock. He forgot about it and when they packed up to leave he remembered his ring but it was already lost. Him and his family searched for 7hrs without luck. I went out there around 3am and going by the information he gave me I was able to locate it within an hour. I met up with him to return it when he was heading back to Lbi this weekend. While Jeff is away on vacation I am helping him cover his usual areas of searches. While staying in Cape May for their vacation, On the very last full day they were enjoying some time in the ocean and they were both hit by a wave. Jimmy’s wedding ring was knocked right off his finger. I spoke with Amanda and after gathering some more of the details from Jimmy, She then gave them to me. I assured her one of us would be out there asap to do a search. I decided I would be the one to make the 1-1/2hr trip to see if I can help. However, I did not tell them I was on my way. I decided to give it a try and hopefully be able to give them a nice surprise before they left town to head home in the afternoon.
Once I got there I went out to the beach and lined myself up with the focal point references Amanda gave me. I started to slowly grid down the slope as the tide went out until I worked my way into the water. After about an hour of searching in the crashing surf I got a nice loud solid tone. After a bit of a battle with the waves, I had Jimmy’s wedding ring in my scoop! I walked back out to my car and called Amanda. While on the phone with her I sent her a surprise picture. They were shocked and soo happy I found it! They promptly came to meet me so I could return it. Vacation disaster averted! Another Happy ending!

While I was down in LBI the other day for an earring recovery I was tagged in a post for a lost ring the same day. I tried to get ahold of Lynne before I left the island but I could not. I even waited around for an hour simply because I was only about 6 blocks away. I had to leave for another ring an hour north. She replied to my comment too late. She also put too many details which I told her to remove them right away. Her husband was so upset about losing his ring he wanted to let it be. I however decided to go back late that night to look anyway. I forgot my headlamp at home so I had to do this one in almost complete darkness. It took a bit over an hour but Persistence pays! I found it! I made a post on Lbi, Lost found & stolen for her to call me.
We spoke about the details and then I surprised her with a photo. She showed her husband Jim to confirm. I met them this morning to return it. They were heading back home. What a perfect end to their vacation. They also told me quite the story. Jim knew Lynne was the one at 11 years old when they held hands. Time went on and they both married others. But sadly their spouses both passed. They reconnected after many years and sure enough, They were married just last summer! What a great story! They used this ring that Jim had for many years as his wedding ring. So happy I could find it for them!

While I was in Lbi getting ready to head home after another recovery I was contacted by Nicole on behalf of her sister Melissa. While her and her husband Mike were at the beach with the rest of the family Melissa had removed her diamond ring and placed it in her beach chair before going in the water. When they were getting ready to leave Melissa remembered her ring was in the cupholder but it was already too late, It was gone. While they waited for me to make the trip a few good friends of theirs went there with a few metal detectors but when I arrived they weren’t having much luck. After a few details I began my search and soon after I had her ring in my scoop! Tears of joy and relief ensued! Handshakes and hugs followed! I love what I do!
Earlier I was contacted by Sue on behalf of her neice Jess. While all of the family was enjoying a day at the beach Jess’s toddler got a bit cranky and wound up pulling one of mom’s earrings out. I drove down and met them on the beach to see if I could help her get it back. She showed me the spot where it happened and within 10 minutes I found it! They were all very happy! I was contacted by Aidan on behalf of his Girlfriend Kendall. While they were at the beach Kendall had placed her class ring and earrings in her beach bag. At some point they fell out. I told Aidan I would go there that night. He luckily had gps coordinates for me which worked out perfectly. Within 20/30 Mins I found the earrings first and then her ring! I gave Aidan the good news and he came out to meet me before I left for home.
A few days ago I was referred to Julie by fellow ring finder Robert Kokai. While Julie was visiting her friend in Atlantic City enjoying the beach, She removed her three sentimental rings and placed them on her lap to apply sunblock and forgot to put them back on. When she got up they fell and sank into the sand. She did not realize they were missing until going back home. I made the hour drive that afternoon. Going by her photo gps coordinates I began my search. I saw signs that someone else had already been in that searching before I arrived. She had posted it on social media and then removed it at my request. After an hour of searching I was only able to locate 2 of the 3 missing rings. Despite that, Julie was very happy and thankful I was able to find the ones I did. Today I met up with her after she finished work to return them. Another happy ending!
I was contacted that night by Isabella on behalf of her husband Joe. Fellow ring finder Robert Kokai referred her to me since he is out of town.
While they were at the beach in Holgate with their children Joe had given Lis his wedding ring before going into the water. Lis put it in the pocket of his jeans and folded them up before putting them into the pocket of his beach chair. When they removed the jeans and unfolded them Joe’s ring fell out and into the sand. They tried top find it but were unsuccessful. They were leaving to go home the next day after a week long vacation so I made a plan with them to meet within the hour. Once Joe showed me where they were which was at the bottom of the short slope. The tide was coming in so waves were washing over the area but that wasn’t going to stop me from trying. I picked a spot a few feet away from where Joe told me they were to begin my search. Within 2 swings of turning on the machine I got a nice loud signal. Bingo! Joe’s ring! They were so amazed and happy I was able to find it. Lis was very upset about it being gone but luckily I was able to turn that into pure joy and relief for her! I love what I do!
In the afternoon I was contacted by Nina. While her and her Husband Mitch were enjoying their very first day on their vacation at the beach, Nina removed her wedding rings before going into the water and placed them in the pocket of her beach chair.
When they were going to leave Nina forgot about her rings being in the chair at first so her wedding ring fell out into the sand but her engagement ring was still there. They searched through the sand for about an hour with no luck. She was devastated since they have not even been married a full year yet. Someone with the beach patrol suggested they find someone with a metal detector which led them to me. I arrived there within 30mins. They showed me the general area and that is where I began. As soon as I turned on the machine and started to swing the coil I heard a nice tone, Sure enough it was Nina’s ring! They were shocked that I found it so quickly but at the same time very happy and relieved! Now they can enjoy their vacation and Nina will be leaving her jewelry at home from now on. I was contacted by Steven yesterday on behalf of his friend Angela. While they were on the beach playing with a volley ball Angela felt her ring come off and it quickly disappeared into the sand. They tried to find it with a beach rake without success. I arrived there as quickly as possible and met up with Steven who then brought me to the area it was lost. Recovery #195 Almost a week ago I was contacted by Taylor on behalf of her Boyfriend Jake. While out at Tices Shoal enjoying the day, Jakes necklace and gotten caught and pulled open the clasp and disappeared into the bay. She gave me the general area where it was lost but Jake had kind of lost hope when they were trying to find it. Taylor also explained to me it was given to him by his late father when he was 11 years old. I told Taylor I would give it a try anyway as soon as I could get out there. It took about 3-4hrs of searching the area in blocks (It was a very large area) and weeding through the tons of trash out there but persistence finally prevailed, I had the necklace in my scoop! I took it home, Repaired the clasp and cleaned it up since it was getting tarnished. After giving them the great news I stopped by Jake’s job on my way home from a ring recovery in Seaside Park to return it to him. Jake was very happy and relieved to have it back again. Another happy ending!

She removed her 4 rings and placed them into the cupholder of her chair and forgot they were there. She realized it when they got back to the house. Luckily 3 of them were still in the chair but sadly her wedding ring was not. I got there within 30mins and met Donna on the beach. She was very distraught about losing her ring. I assured her I would do my best to find it for her. They showed me where they were and I began to search. I had to expand the area a bit but within about 15mins I heard the right kind of sound. A few days ago I was contacted by a woman who wishes to remain anonymous.
While her daughter was at the beach and wearing her grandmothers ring, She took it off and placed it on her towel while laying on the slope of the beach and forgot about it. When she went to leave and picked up the towel to shake the sand off she then remembered placing the ring on it but it was too late. The ring had flown down the slope and was washed over by the incoming tide. I went out there later that night during low tide and after a little over an hour of searching I had it in my scoop!
I contacted her mother and made arrangements to drop it off at their house.

I was contacted by Tim 3 days ago about helping him find his friend Matt’s ring.
While at the surfing beach with friends and family Matt had given Tim his ring to hold onto while he hit the waves. Tim had put it on his own finger but it was a bit loose and when they were packing up to leave, Tim realized the ring was no longer there. They searched for hours without luck. Later on Tim found me doing a search. He was no longer in town but pinned a map for me. I went out there that night and searched for a few hours but the ring did not turn up. I spoke to Tim further and it was determined the area he marked may have been a bit off. He came out and met me the next night and showed me where. I searched for another hour or so but had to go 10 blocks away for another ring at low tide and told him I would come back to continue after. He had to head home and after I found the other ring I went back to where I left off. Another hour later I finally got the right sound. Sure enough I found Matt’s ring! Tim was so happy I was able to find it. We met up a few days later. He sent a picture to his friend to let him know we got it back for him. Another happy ending!

While they were visiting the beach in Manasquan NJ with their children for the day, Alissa was holding their youngest and having fun with the water during high tide when she felt her diamond ring slipping off. She had no choice but to let it go to avoid endangering their youngest son. She was heartbroken about losing it. I assured her I would go look for it as I was also planning on continuing another search on the opposite side of the beach anyway. Once low tide had come around I left the other search for an hour to search for her ring. Based on her details , I was able to locate it within an hour! I sent her a photo and she responded with shock and happiness! I met them a few days later to return it. It never gets old!!

I was referred to Alex and Justin by fellow ring finder Ed Cropski.
While at the beach in Manasquan NJ with their families Justin had his brother in law Alex put his Rolex watch and Cartier band in their beach cart before going into the water. While they were packing up to head back to the house Justin went into the cart to retrieve his watch and ring only to find they weren’t there. They searched for them with no luck. I was on my way home from another recovery in Normandy beach so I diverted and headed up there right away. They met me at the beach and showed me where they were. They believe the watch and ring became wrapped up in something being taken out of the cart and fell out into the sand. The waves from high tide had also washed over the area and could add to the problem in finding them. I began my search and within 10mins I found the watch. After a bit of celebrating I then continued and shortly found the ring. They were so happy and relieved I found them. They insisted I head over to Leggetts to share a celebratory shot with them which I happily accepted. What a great way to end the day with 3 successful recoveries!

Yesterday I was contacted by Carly in Normandy beach NJ.
While she was at the beach with family and friends she removed 4 rings and placed them into the pocket of her beach chair before going into the water. Later that day she had forgotten to put them back on so one by one they fell out of the beach chair while walking back to the entrance. They managed to find two of them but could not find the other two, A gold Cartier love ring and a gold Tiffany ring. I got my gear together and headed out right away. Once I arrived I met her and everyone at the entrance. They showed me where they were sitting and within minutes of turning on my machine I found the Cartier ring first and the Tiffany ring right after. Everyone was so happy I was able to find them. Now Carly could finish enjoying the weekend! Another happy successful recovery!

Yesterday I was contacted by Susan. While on vacation in Manasquan with her family, On the very last day of enjoying the beach while out in the surf diving for a football she unfortunately lost her gold and diamond Claddagh wedding ring as the tide was coming in. I attempted to go there that very night but a storm front was moving towards the shore with quite a bit of lightning. I hung around town for about 3hrs hoping for a window of opportunity that did not come. I assured her I would go back the following day. After again driving around looking for parking I wound up at the Pompano ave lot on the bay side. I walked up and out to the LG stand where she was and 2-3hrs of searching in the surf as the tide went out, I finally got the sound I was looking for. After a bit of a fight with the waves I had her ring in my scoop! She was amazed I found it. She was no longer in town so I met up with her friends that still were and gave it to them for safe keeping. Another happy success!

I reached out to Eileen after seeing a facebook post she made about losing her wedding ring set in Manasquan NJ to offer my assistance. At first, She was not sure if they were in the house or on the beach. I did not hear back from her right away but I decided to try the beach anyway without luck. I reached out to her again to talk and ask more questions about where she was exactly on the beach. She gave me the additional information. At one point it was determined she usually removes her rings to put on sunblock and places them under her leg on the beach towel but she wasn’t sure she did that time. While her family was searching the house thoroughly I went back out that night to continue my search on the beach and within another hour I got the type of sound I was listening for. The first ring I found was her wedding band, Then about a foot away I found her engagement ring! Since it was late at night I waited until later that morning to send her a message asking for a photo or description of her rings. Once she did, I replied back with a photo of my own telling her the ones I found looked just like the ones she lost. She was in disbelief at first because she was leaning towards them being lost in the house. But soon that turned into happiness and relief! Just in time to celebrate her 16 year anniversary with her husband Marc. He proposed to her on the very same beach her rings were lost at. Since she was out of town I met with her father Al to return them. I love a happy ending!

While him and his Wife Diana were in town on vacation and enjoying the beach, Luke had placed his wedding ring on the armrest of his beach chair before going for a swim. Later that day they switched their chairs around and right after Luke then realized his ring was still on the armrest at the time. They both searched around for the ring with no luck finding it. I headed out there right away. In a few minutes I found it!

I was contacted by Mike about his lost wedding ring in Long Branch NJ.
While him and his wife Sandy were enjoying the day at the beach while the kids were in day camp, Mike and Sandy were taking a walk close to the water and Mike bent down and starting digging up handfuls of pebbles and realized at some point his wedding ring had come off into the pebbles and sand in the water. He searched for it for about 30mins and was unable to locate it. He found me doing a google search and once speaking to him, I grabbed my gear and headed straight out there. The problem is the tide was already coming back in and has a history of being a dangerous beach but I was determined to give it a try only because the lifeguards were still on duty. I met him and Sandy and he showed me the area he was. The surf was already very rough with 4ft+ waves crashing the shore. I got into the water but I was being pushed around and at some point was knocked over twice. I decided it was too dangerous and got out of the water. As I did the lifeguards were calling everyone out of the water and to get off the beach because now there was a thunderstorm coming in with lightning. I assured Mike I would return that night during low tide to try again. When I did return so did the storm clouds. I was forced yet again to abort the search until the next day.
The next day when I arrived there was more storm clouds coming through. I waited it out until they passed then headed out to the beach. After about 2hrs in the water working my way inward I finally got a nice strong signal. After digging for a bit I had Mike’s ring in my scoop!
I sent Mike a photo and he immediately called me. He and Sandy were very surprised that I was able to find it and very happy as well. Another Happy Ending!

Recovery #181 Yesterday evening I was contacted by Maggie on behalf of Ann, Her aunt. While they were enjoying the day at the Ocean in Beach Haven Lbi NJ, Ann had removed her diamond wedding ring and placed it in the cupholder of her chair and forgot it was there. That can easily happen when the thunder of a storm is telling you it’s time to leave.. As they packed up the ring fell out and disappeared into the sand. I started heading there despite the huge storm system coupled with lightning. Once I arrived I waited a while until it was safe to do a search. Based on where Maggie told me they were, In about 30 minutes I found the ring! I sent Maggie a photo and called her. Gotta love all the yelling of happiness and excitement from them and the rest of their family! I drove a few blocks to their house to reunite Ann with her ring. Excitement and hugs all around! His father had it custom made and shipped to him from their homeland in Ecuador. While Jean was visiting Point Pleasant Beach New Jersey with his friends, His ring came off while tossing a football. I made arrangements to meet him there. Since I was running a bit late, A few friends of mine Tim and Kathy Lynch started searching until I could arrive. Once I got there they had to leave so I picked up where they left off and expanded the area. Jean and his friend Edwin had to leave but I assured him I would continue searching. 20mins after they left I had his ring! He promptly turned around and came back to pick it up. Recovery #179 Matt St.Germain Earlier today I was contacted by Brad about his lost Necklace and St.Christopher medallion. While at the beach in Surf City Lbi NJ, He took it off and put it into the pocket of his beach chair before going out for a swim. Later on when he was going to put it back on he realized it was missing. I made plans to go there at 5pm but with thunderstorms coming through, Lightning was a concern. So I waited it out for an hour then walked out there when it was safe. Going by the video and photo he sent me I started my search. After about 40mins I found it! Another happy ending!

Recovery #177 Yesterday I was contacted by Jessica in Millstone NJ. She was referred to me by someone I helped in the past on their local community page. Hoping I could help, She reached out to me and I made arrangements with her to come out to her and her Fiancées horse farm. At some point she realized her beloved Pendant that her late Father had custom made for her was missing. She wasn’t sure if it came off while attending to the horses or when she was thrown while practicing her jumps. Apparently her horse Cory decided he was ready before her. The next morning she realized the pendant was gone. First she tried searching with a detector she bought from harbor freight. No luck unfortunately. Her Fiancee had mentioned seeing if there is someone out there more experienced in this area and that is where I come in. It was quite a bit of property to cover so I started with the most likely areas, Including where she fell. The first area did not have it, The next was the ring area. She showed me where she went down so I searched there as well to no avail. Ready to call it a day and come back another time, I usually turn off the machine and carry it back. But this time I had a feeling and decided to detect all the way back to my truck. Within 5mins of that I had a great sounding target. Dug it out and sure enough, It was her pendant! I put all my gear in the truck. Walked back towards Jessica and we met at the gate for the ring. I asked her if she was sure she fell in that spot. She replied yes. I said well, It’s not where you fell, But it was in the ring! I opened my hand to show her I found it. She was in shock! Oh my god! You found it! And with a great big hug came a, I don’t believe it! Thank you so much! I told her it was meant to be, About the feeling in my gut. I think your dad gave me a little guidance.. I am so happy I was able to help! Another happy ending!

A few days ago I was contacted by Abby. She found me during a google search. While she and her mother Liz were in town for the Zombie walk event they also enjoyed the beach for a few days. While at the beach, Abby removed all of her rings and put them in one of her pockets before going into the water for a swim. When she was getting dressed and reached into her pocket for her rings she couldn’t find her late Grandmothers gold ring. Abby and Liz spent a few hours feverishly looking around in the sand with their hands with no luck. I had just gotten home from work when Abby contacted me. I assured her I would change and get my gear together and head out there right away to help. Once I arrived Abby showed me where they were sitting and her mother Liz even marked out a parameter. In about 5 mins of searching I had the ring in my scoop! They were so happy! I am thrilled to have been able to help! Another great ending!
LOST SENTIMENTAL RING IN BELMAR NJ FOUND BY MATT ST.GERMAIN JERSEY SHORE RING FINDER
Recovery #175 Last night Fellow ring finder Ed Cropski referred Nadia to Dennis Burlingame and myself about her lost ring. She took it off and placed it on her towel but forgot to put it back on before leaving. As she was leaving the beach she realized it was left on her towel. When she packed up and shook the sand off her towel the ring fell off and sank into the sand. Dennis went out there to search for it first but she was confused about where she was exactly now that it had become dark outside. Dennis searched for a few hours in a few areas with no luck. Even after she found a photo on her phone with a very small amount of the background in the photo. He had to be up very early for work so I went out there to continue the search. I also spent an hour searching before realizing the photo she took was backwards. Once I reversed the image I was about to get into the right area and within another 30mins of searching I had located her ring! I called her and she came back onto the beach from her car so I could return it to her. Out of respect for her privacy her photo has been blurred except for her hand and smile. Another happy ending! Teamwork get’s the job done!

The other day I was contacted by Tina. While she and her husband were enjoying the day at the beach taking in some rays and some fishing. Tina removed her engagement ring to put some lotion on and placed it on her beach chair’s armrest. They had to move back as the tide was coming in but she forgot about her ring and it fell off into the sand. As the tide came in it buried her ring even deeper. She did not realize it until later on that evening. She gave me as many details as she could and Later on that night I went during the next low tide to see if I could find it. After about 2-3hrs of searching my metal detector sounded off with a nice solid tone. After digging a few scoops of sand and moving it a bit with my foot I saw the edge of a ring. As I picked it up I knew right away I had found Tina’s ring! The next day I asked her to give me a call to surprise her. She was overwhelmed with joy! I pretty much went straight to work after finding her ring and was going to meet her after but I wound up working a 12.5hr shift so she came to my work to make it easier for me! Another wonderful ending!

Recovery #173 Matt St.Germain Over labor day weekend I was contacted by John. While he was at the beach with his wife and friends enjoying the day, He removed his ring to put on some sun block and placed his ring on the arm of his chair. He forgot to put it back on and it wound up falling into the sand and disappeared. I promptly headed out there to help. In about 5 mins he had his ring back! Another great ending!
